1. General By accessing and using aranyaantiquecollections.odoo.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Aranya Antique Collections reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products All items listed on Aranya Antique Collections are authentic antique and heritage pieces. Each product is one of a kind. Product descriptions, dimensions and photographs are provided in good faith and represent the item as accurately as possible. Minor variations in colour and texture are inherent to the nature of antique objects and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Aranya Antique Collections reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.

4. Orders Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Aranya Antique Collections reserves the right to accept or decline any order. Order confirmation will be sent via email upon successful payment.

5. Payment We accept payments through all methods available on our platform. All transactions are processed securely. Aranya Antique Collections does not store payment card information.

6. Shipping & Delivery We ship across India and offer international shipping on request. Delivery timelines vary based on location and product size. Fragile and large items are carefully packed to ensure safe transit. Aranya Antique Collections is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or customs authorities.

7. Returns & Refunds Due to the unique and irreplaceable nature of antique items, all sales are final. Returns are accepted only in cases where the item received is significantly different from the product description or arrives damaged. Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.

8. Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an item has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

9. Intellectual Property All content on this website including text, images, logos and product photography is the exclusive property of Aranya Antique Collections. Reproduction or use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability Aranya Antique Collections shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.

11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
